North London Counselling Centre

How clients gain access to our services

We offer appointments made by telephone, text or email. We have an out of hours telephone answering service and all calls are returned as quickly as possible. We also offer telephone counselling, information and advice on all pregnancy issues.

How can a client see a counsellor at Rephael House?

Self-referral is encouraged, however, as a professional, if you wish to refer a client please ring the centre or send either a letter or email to our Centre Manager, Rosemary Decker-Thomas.

About our team here at Rephael House

Our counselling team is made up of qualified counsellors and trainees who receive regular supervision. As an Organisational Member of BACP we are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure therein. We are members of Youth Access and Barnet Voluntary Service Council and National Council for Voluntary Organisations.

Payments

We have a sliding scale system starting from £8 per session, which will be discussed with the client when they come to their first session, however no one will be turned away if they are only able to pay a little.

Referrals
