Drop-in service

Mondays:  2pm to 5pm at 40a Station Road, New Barnet

On Monday afternoons you can call in to the centre without an appointment and have a 30 minute session with one of our counsellors. We’re a safe and comfortable place to get help with a specific issue, get some support, consider your next move or find out what counselling is like. We charge a small fee of £5 for this service. You will be offered the opportunity to take up regular counselling after this session if you then feel you would like to have it.

Our drop-in service is for:

• children and young people up to age 25
• women and children who have faced domestic violence
• anyone who has lost a baby, pregnancy or child
• anyone facing an unexpected pregnancy who wants to talk about their choices
• those having emotional difficulties before or after the birth of a child (including postnatal depression)
